To the passport officer,
Dear Sir/Madam,
Please note that i have applied for reneval of passport on 19/3/2010.
Police verification was done only after "45"days of subbmission!!!!
However now the status of passport is informing that police verification is received and the passport procedures are in process.
I request your goodself to kindly let me know the cause of delay and also the approximate date of when I could get the passport on hand.

I suggest you to check with
I suggest you to check with the Passport Office. Since the new forms have come out, the data centre at the PSKs are not able to scan data mentioned in old form. It is only reading data from new forms. In fact the PSK had suggested to Bangalore One fellows to ask people to re-submit the applications in new form. Bangalore One authorities were also in a fix as to how to resolve the issue. So please check with the authorities.
